We offer two options at our auctions
Visit the auction
You must bring ID which confirms your name, address and signature. Either a current Driving Licence or a valid Passport and a Utility Bill.
Bid live on the phone
Listen to the auctioneer, and bid live on the phone. Please call the office on 01501 763636 before 10am on the Friday before the auction.

As an alternative to spending hours looking at a screen and then bidding online, we offer a telephone service at our LIVE AUCTION.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS -
STEP 1 - BEFORE AUCTION DAY
Let us know which vehicle or vehicles you'd like to bid on by quoting the stock number from the website.
STEP 2 - AUCTION DAY
We will phone you just before the auctioneer reaches the vehicle and describe any other points you want to know. You can then listen live as the vehicle is being auctioned and tell our member of staff when to bid for you. WHAT COULD BE EASIER!
We can also deliver anywhere in the UK for a small charge Please Note - To obtain a telephone bidder number we require details of your name, address, telephone number, etc
A deposit of £250 allows bidding on one vehicle only, £500 allows bidding on up to six vehicles. These deposits are fully refundable (except credit card charges) or can be used as payment towards a vehicle. If the deposit is left with us you will keep the same bidder number to use at future auctions.

Parking attendants
Our parking attendants will direct you to parking areas. Please follow their instructions.
Considerate parking
Please DO NOT park at the top end of station road beside the trees / entrance road to the railway station. This blocks access to the station and the neighbours driveway opposite.
